What happens to my data if I don't renew?

Your data (teams, sessions, videos, evaluations) is securely stored for a period of 6 months after expiration. This allows you to renew at any time without losing your work. After 6 months, data is permanently deleted for privacy reasons.

Do I need to install software or does it work online?

YouCoach App is completely web-based, no installation required. You can access it from any device with a modern browser (we recommend updated Google Chrome). It works on Windows, Mac, tablets and even smartphones, allowing you to work wherever you are.

How does integration between different modules work?

All modules automatically share relevant data. For example, players entered in team management are immediately available in TLM, Video Analysis and Scout. Planned sessions can be linked to analyzed videos and load data. This eliminates redundancies and keeps everything synchronized.

Can I start with limited features and add more later?

Our plans are structured to grow with you. You can start with a basic plan and upgrade at any time to unlock additional features, more teams or more staff members. The transition is immediate and seamless.
